Julian Sayin, a former quarterback prospect from Alabama, is moving to Ohio State.
One of the best quarterback recruits in the 2024 class, Julian Sayin, made the decision to transfer to Ohio State on Friday after logging onto the transfer site.
Sayin informed ESPN that he would shortly be enrolling at Ohio State and that he intended to take part in the Buckeyes’ spring practice.
Sayin had just started his studies at Alabama, the school he had originally intended to go in order to play for Nick Saban, in early January.
That was prior to the renowned college football coach’s January 10 retirement.
Sayin told ESPN that he was “incredibly excited to join the team here at Ohio State.” “Throughout my entire recruiting process, I held this program in the highest regard. I’m excited to learn from some of the best players and coaches in college football and to help our team succeed.”

Having gone through the recruitment process to join Ohio State after high school, Sayin is already somewhat acquainted with the coaching staff.
Additionally, the five-star prospect is friendly with Bill O’Brien, who was recruited by Alabama and most recently became the offensive coordinator for the Buckeyes.
With Will Howard, a former Kansas State quarterback, joining the Buckeyes for the 2024 campaign, the quarterback room is already fairly deep.
At Ohio State, Julian Sayin will be a part of a talented quarterback group.

The Ohio State roster also includes Air Noland, Lincoln Kienholz, and Devin Brown.
Ohio State recently finished with an 11-2 record and a 14-3 Cotton Bowl defeat to Missouri.
Sayin’s exit represents another setback for Alabama, which has lost a lot of players since Saban declared his retirement.

How do you feel? Leave a remark.
After taking over for Nick Saban, former Washington coach Kalen DeBoer told reporters on Friday that he was “really not alarmed at all” by the numerous roster changes that have occurred since DeBoer joined the Crimson Tide.
Since Saban retired, the program has lost seven players, including top returning wide receiver Isaiah Bond and freshman All-American safety Caleb Downs.
