During Monday’s game, Klay Thompson advanced on the NBA’s all-time scoring list.

The Houston Rockets will play the Golden State Warriors on Monday night at the Chase Center in San Francisco.

Klay Thompson moved up on the all-time scoring list during the game, creating NBA history.

With 14,338 career points going into the evening, Thompson has now passed Al Jefferson (14,343) for 173rd place on the list.

Prior to the game, Thompson had averaged 14.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game while shooting 33.0% from three-point range and 40.0% from the field in 13 games.

The five-time NBA All-Star is one of the greatest shooting guards of all time, despite his struggles. He finished the previous season averaging 21.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game while shooting 41.2% from three-point range and 43.6% from the field.

The Warriors, meanwhile, are currently ranked as the tenth seed in the Western Conference after going 6-8 in their first 14 games.

They have now dropped six straight games, the most recent being a 130-123 overtime loss at home against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Warriors, who are typically among the top teams at home, have only won 1-6 of the seven games they have played at San Francisco, California’s Chase Center.
