In his first year under Todd Monken, Lamar Jackson had his best passing season, finishing in the top five in pass yards per attempt (8.0), pass TD-to-INT ratio (24:7), and passer rating (102.7).
With Monken and Jackson in perfect sync, the Ravens’ passing attack flourished, but the MVP frontrunner continued to pose a threat in the run game.
Jackson led the Ravens in rush yards, as he has in each of the previous five seasons, because of his explosive ability to move the chains on purposeful runs and scrambles.
Baltimore had high expectations for its quarterback, and Jackson lived up to them, winning 13 games during the regular season and earning the No. 1 seed in the AFC.
