Ibrahim Osman, a striker for FC Nordsjölland and a graduate of the Right to Dream Academy, is poised to follow Rangers star Mohamed Diomande to the United Kingdom.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Brighton of the Premier League has agreed to pay €22.5 million (£19.2 million) to bring the 19-year-old Ghanaian to the AMEX.
It builds on the solid ties that West Ham and Ibrahim Osman had during the January transfer window; Osman is a young striker who is among the best-regarded in Europe.
After spending four years in Denmark, Ivorian midfielder Mohamed Diomande signed a £4.3 million loan-to-buy agreement with Rangers.
If the agreement is fulfilled, Osman will join Brighton in the summer and become the second Right to Dream Academy alumnus to depart FC Nordsjælland in as short a time as week.
A football-based social mobility initiative called the Right to Dream Academy provides scholarships to gifted children on the west coast of Africa.
Located in Ghana, the inspirational initiative has produced a number of young people in recent seasons, the most well-known of whom is perhaps Mohamed Kudus, who is currently with West Ham.
