Prince George ‘seized the opportunity’ to enjoy a delicious snack during a rugby event as Kate playfully remarks about his hearty appetite.

Prince George accompanied his father, Prince William, to witness the Wales vs Argentina quarter-final match at the Rugby World Cup last weekend. Despite the excitement of the game, George seemed particularly pleased with his fast-food indulgence.

During their trip to France for the game, it’s reported that George enjoyed his preferred Italian treat as part of the hospitality provided. A video shared on X (formerly Twitter) showed Princess Kate conversing with World Rugby Chairman Sir Bill Beaumont at the Stade Vélodrome in Marseille, where she attended England’s quarter-final clash against Fiji.

In the video, Sir Bill jests with Kate about George’s hearty appetite, recounting how George savored the pizza on offer. Kate humorously remarks, “He took full advantage,” to which Sir Bill responds, “He tucked into the pizza alright.” Kate then adds, “Yes, I know, I did hear that.”
