Cincinnati — This week, a crucial member of the Bengals’ defense will return to action. Sam Hubbard, who missed the previous two games due to an ankle injury, trained all week and will play again.
Tee Higgins (hamstring) will miss his third straight game, but he is getting better. Likewise, with regard to Cam Taylor-Britt (quad). The second-year cornerback will not play against the Steelers after skipping practice all this week.
Higgins and Taylor-Britt might be back on the field when Cincinnati plays Jacksonville on Monday Night Football on December 4.
At outside cornerback, Chidobe Awuzie and DJ Turner II should be starting. With Higgins out, Charlie Jones, Andrei Iosivas, and Trenton Irwin may all see increased offensive snaps.
On Friday afternoon, the Bengals will make their official injury report public.
