Bowman, who served as a center in the initial two Super Bowls, contributed to the Packers’ success by securing three NFL championships in 1965, 1966, and 1967.
Drafted in the eighth round of the 1964 NFL draft, Bowman assumed the role of starting center as a rookie, succeeding the legendary Jim Ringo after Ringo’s trade to the Philadelphia Eagles.
