Coventry City Q&A from CoventryLive as Sky Blues reporter Andy Turner attempts to answer your burning questions of the week

Coventry City fans continue to wait with much anticipation to see if the club will do any further business in the January transfer window. Yasin Ayari was the first player to move, being recalled from his season-long loan by his parent club Brighton in the first week of the window and redirected out to Championship rivals Blackburn Rovers for the season half of the campaign.

Mark Robins then added Victor Torp last week, with the Sky Blues splashing out £2.1m on the Danish midfielder, who had been catching the eye with impressive form in the Norwegian top flight. Robins has been at pains to point out that Torp is not a replacement for Gustavo Hamer in terms of style, and fans await to see what the 24-year-old who can play in a number of central midfield roles will bring to the side once he’s got his fitness back up to speed following five weeks out for the Scandinavian winter break.

But other questions remain – namely will any of City’s senior players be on the move this month and will Sky Blues owner Doug King put his hand in his pocket again, or at least raid the club coffers, for a big signing to help the club push for promotion. Here Sky Blues reporter Andy Turner gets to grips with some of your big questions of the week…
