Noah Brown, a seasoned wide receiver, was added to the Reserve/Injured List. In the opening quarter of the Texans’ wild card game on Saturday, Brown suffered a shoulder injury. Damiere Byrd, the wide receiver, and McTelvin Agim, the defensive tackle, signed practice squad rosters. The practice squad released Rashard Lawrence, a defensive tackle. The practice squad promoted wide receiver Steven Sims to the active roster.
The Texans now formally hold the 23rd pick in the first round of the draft following the end of Wild Card Weekend. The Texans possess their next three first-round picks because of a 2022 trade with the Cleveland Browns. As of right now, the Texans hold eight draft selections for the April 2024 draft.

The Indianapolis Colts
Despite the expectation that 2024 would be Indianapolis’ final NFL Combine year, after discussions, the city decided to host the combine in 2025. Indianapolis has hosted the combine since 1987. “The city has continued to innovate and help us evolve both the setup for the football evaluation process as well as growing in-person experience for football fans in the region and across the country,” said Peter O’Reilly, executive vice president of club business and league events.
Terrell Bynum, a wide receiver, signed a reserve/future contract with the Colts. In 2023, Bynum signed a contract as an undrafted free agent with the Los Angeles Chargers. He played both on the practice squad and the active roster for the Chargers in 2023.

The Titans have held several virtual interviews in order to choose a new head coach. Texans offensive coordinator Bobby Slowick, offensive coordinator Thomas Brown of the Carolina Panthers, offensive coordinator Dan Quinn of the Dallas Cowboys, offensive coordinator Mike Macdonald of the Baltimore Ravens, offensive coordinator Antonio Pierce of the Las Vegas Raiders in interim head coach position, offensive coordinator Mike Kafka of the New York Giants, and offensive coordinator Brian Callahan of the Cincinnati Bengals are among the contenders.
Terrell Williams, an assistant head coach and defensive line coach, was named the head coach of the American team for the 75th Reese’s Senior Bowl. “It is a great opportunity to help these college players get some exposure into what professional football is all about,” Williams said in response to a question.
