Titans supporters select Brian Callahan as their next head coach
This week, I inquired about the ideal candidate for the next head coach of the Tennessee Titans. The poll results strongly favored Brian Callahan, who emerged as the top choice.
It’s not surprising that offensive coaches dominate the top three positions in the list. There hasn’t been any suggestion, to my knowledge, of considering a defensive player for the coaching role. The consensus is that the Titans need stability on the offensive side of the ball, and the key to achieving that is by hiring a head coach who also serves as the offensive coordinator.
In the upcoming days, Brian Callahan is expected to undergo an in-person interview, making him the first among the candidates to do so. The team plans to conduct further in-person interviews with coaches still in the playoffs, which may occur either after their team’s elimination or during the week between the conference finals and the Super Bowl.
