In his media statement this week, he expressed, “We’ve taken steps as a team to ensure everyone is okay. It’s disheartening to witness incidents like that occurring, not just within our club but anywhere in the world. We’ve discussed it, and everyone is in good spirits, ready for the upcoming game.

While our efforts so far have been commendable, it’s clear that they haven’t been effective. There’s always room for improvement, and we must do more. It’s a collective responsibility— as a community, as a nation, and globally. This needs to cease, and until we eradicate it entirely, our commitment must persist.”
