Tennessee’s coaching staff continues to actively monitor the progress of potential recruits for the 2025 season while also exploring younger prospects for future recruitment. Recently, Tennessee linebackers coach Brian Jean-Mary visited Rome High School to check on Jaedon Harmon, a linebacker they’ve been targeting for some time. Harmon is currently ranked as the 150th prospect in the 2025 class according to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings. The Vols offered him a spot on June 11, 2023, making them the eleventh program to do so. Since then, Harmon has received offers from 29 different programs, including a recent visit from Oklahoma head coach Brett Venables. Harmon has established a strong rapport with Tennessee, having visited the campus multiple times and nurturing a relationship with the coaching staff over several months. Although Tennessee hasn’t secured a commitment from a linebacker for the 2025 class yet, their efforts in the 2024 signing class were commendable. Harmon is poised to become a pivotal figure for both the coaching staff and Tennessee fans as they intensify their focus on the 2025 recruiting cycle.
