Charles Burks, the coach for the defensive backs of the Bengals, will be assuming the coaching duties for the Reese’s Senior Bowl.
The Cincinnati Bengals are now in the offseason, with the NFL Draft approaching soon.
As the draft draws near, the Reese’s Bowl is about to commence, and a Bengals coach is part of the staff.
Charles Burks, the Bengals’ defensive backs coach, along with Michael Hutchings, the Vikings’ defensive backs coach, will oversee the American Team’s defensive backs.
Burks recently completed his fifth season in the NFL and his second with the Cincinnati Bengals.
Working alongside defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo, Burks has contributed to improving the secondary by collaborating with players such as Mike Hilton, Chidobe Awuzie, Cam Taylor-Britt, among others.
During the Reese’s Bowl, Burks will mentor players like Cole Bishop (Utah), Jaden Hicks (Washington State), Kitan Oladapo (Oregon State), Josh Proctor (Ohio State), Sione Vaki (Utah), and Evan Williams (Oregon).
The Senior Bowl is also approaching, scheduled to kick off on February 3rd.
