The NFL offseason in 2024 is quickly approaching, and the Bills need to bolster their roster to have a chance at winning a title.
Head coach Sean McDermott and general manager Brandon Beane need to turn their attention quickly to the summer now that their postseason adventure is over. There is no shortage of quality in the AFC, and the Bills have a number of unknowns heading into the offseason.
Josh Allen, the quarterback for the Bills, is fortunately the franchise cornerstone. However, other parts of the roster need adjustment given the number of impending departures.
