Gomez has made just ten appearances so far this season – totalling 358 minutes – but only 18 of those minutes have come in the Premier League.
In our view, the Spain U21 international is a real asset who could be worth millions with one successful loan spell under his belt.
Gomez is a tremendous technician who can play in numerous positions on the left and right – as well as in the centre.
The Badalona-born maestro also boasts an excellent goalscoring record for the Spain U21 side with ten goals in his 19 appearances, so we feel like a talent is somewhat being wasted right now.
Hopefully, Manchester City can find Gomez a good loan move this summer Txiki Begiristain can find a way to make profit on him – as he is too talented to be sitting on the bench, as his value decreases.
