Three baseball players from Tennessee have been included to the Golden Spikes Award preseason watch list.
The top college baseball player receives this award every year. Before the 2024 season begins, 55 players nationwide are on the watchlist.
Beam is the ace of the Vols’ pitching staff going into his junior year. The starter finished the previous season with a 9-4 record and a 3.63 ERA in 17 outings.
In addition, Moore is getting ready to play middle infield for Tennessee starting in his junior year. He made 61 starts in 2023, batting.304 with 17 home runs.
Amick, who played his first two seasons at Clemson, will also be a junior.
