Collierville High School’s wide receiver Joakim Dodson pledged to join the Vols on Monday, marking their inaugural wide receiver commitment for the 2025 class. Dodson, positioned at No. 546 in the 2025 class per 247Sports’ Composite Rankings, showcased his talent by hauling in 49 receptions for 839 yards and seven touchdowns. Tennessee’s offensive recruitment now boasts six commitments, including two pass-catching prospects. Among them is South Carroll High School’s tight end, Jack VanDorselaer. Moreover, Tennessee’s pursuit extends to numerous prospects as they strive to solidify their roster. Under the leadership of head coach Josh Heupel, the Vols maintain a recruiting trajectory hovering around the periphery of the top 10, a pattern that persists into 2025.
