Spurs are reportedly ready to part ways with Joe Rodon if their desired price is met. According to a recent report from Football Insider, the club is open to selling the Welsh defender, but only if the offer meets their valuation.
Rodon, 26, has had a successful loan spell with Leeds United this season, playing a crucial role in their campaign both collectively and individually. As an integral part of Daniel Farke’s plans, he has started in 27 Championship games, contributing significantly to the club’s promotion push.
Leeds United are keen to secure Rodon’s services permanently beyond this season, but it won’t be an inexpensive deal. Spurs have reportedly set an asking price range of £10-15 million for the 6’3″ center-back, aiming to recoup at least what they paid Swansea for him in 2020.
With Rodon not fitting into Ange Postecoglou’s plans at Spurs and having only 18 months left on his contract, Leeds United may have leverage in negotiations. However, they must be cautious not to make an offer significantly lower than Spurs’ asking price.
