One area of focus for Bengals fans, and consequently Bears fans, is the wide receiver position. Notably, Tyler Boyd and Tee Higgins, prominent Bengals wideouts apart from Ja’Marr Chase, experienced underwhelming seasons, possibly due to Burrow’s injury. Higgins saw a significant drop in production, from 908 yards to 656 yards, while Boyd posted his lowest yardage since 2017. Both also had decreased yards per route run compared to their career averages. This raises questions about whether the Bengals can retain them or if they’ll enter free agency.
