According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Wolves winger Pedro Neto is leaning towards a move to the Premier League over other destinations, which could increase Arsenal’s chances of acquiring him in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Despite Wolves manager Gary O’Neil downplaying the possibility of Neto leaving the club soon, Romano suggests that it will be challenging for Wolves to retain the interest of Arsenal and Tottenham in Neto during the summer transfer window.

Neto, who has recently recovered from a major knee injury and subsequent minor setbacks, has been in impressive form under O’Neil this season, contributing three goals and eight assists in 18 matches across all competitions. His standout performances against top Premier League sides like Manchester United and Chelsea, as well as Wolves’ recent victory over Tottenham, highlight his readiness to join a top-tier club, potentially sparking a bidding war among Premier League giants.

Arsenal Handed Boost in Potential Pedro Neto Pursuit

Despite having three years left on his current contract, reports suggest Wolves may consider selling Neto to avoid breaching Premier League financial regulations. Arsenal, known for their interest in the Portuguese winger, could pursue him in the summer transfer window as they continue their strategy of investing in promising young talents. Neto’s addition to Mikel Arteta’s squad at the Emirates Stadium could offer depth to the team’s attack and alleviate pressure on players like Bukayo Saka.

Romano’s insight indicates that Neto would prefer to stay in England if he decides to leave Wolves, providing further encouragement for Arsenal in their pursuit of the talented winger.
