Providence Day School offensive tackle David Sanders Jr. is narrowing down his recruitment options. Clemson, Georgia, and Tennessee are notable contenders for the talented lineman, who intends to revisit Knoxville in March. He’s taken note of Tennessee’s performance on the field and their recruiting efforts, particularly with one committed player.

During a recruiting visit to Alabama, Brentwood Academy quarterback George MacIntyre established a prior connection with Sanders. Reflecting on MacIntyre’s commitment to Tennessee, Sanders expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I was delighted when he chose Tennessee because I believe he’s an ideal fit for their offense. He’s poised to significantly enhance their performance.”

Tennessee’s coaching staff made multiple visits to Sanders at his high school during the open period, demonstrating their strong interest and dedication. Sanders recently acknowledged Tennessee as one of his “preferred” schools nationwide, highlighting their significant role in his recruitment process.
