Connor Goldson has dismissed discussions about Rangers’ chances of winning the title after they maintained their lead in the Premiership over Celtic this weekend.
Rangers secured a convincing 5-0 victory against Hearts at Ibrox on Saturday, extending their lead at the top to five points, while Celtic narrowly defeated Motherwell the following day.
With a strong momentum behind them, Rangers have been on an impressive unbeaten streak since their last loss in the derby on December 30th. Since then, things have been going smoothly for Goldson and his teammates.
Despite their strong position, the Englishman declined to acknowledge Rangers as title favorites or anything similar, sticking to the cliché that they are taking it one game at a time, with Kilmarnock next in line.
