Jaime Ffrench plans a trip to Tennessee.

Mandarin High School’s wide receiver, Jaime Ffrench, has reinitiated his college recruitment journey following his decision to decommit from the University of Alabama. Ohio State, Texas, and Tennessee have emerged as new contenders in his recruitment, while Florida State and Miami maintain active engagement with the talented native of Jacksonville, Florida.

During his junior season, Ffrench demonstrated his skills by catching 62 passes for 1,247 yards and 14 touchdowns. Earlier this year, he attended junior day events at Florida State and Miami, and he has confirmed plans for four unofficial visits this spring with On3’s Chad Simmons.

Jaime Ffrench’s upcoming spring visit schedule includes stops at LSU on March 9, Ohio State on March 30, Texas on April 6, and Tennessee on April 8. Although Tennessee is a recent addition to his list of potential schools, his connection with Brentwood Academy quarterback George MacIntyre, who committed to the Vols in January, could influence his decision. MacIntyre chose Tennessee over offers from Alabama and LSU.

Ffrench expressed his reasons for resetting his recruitment process, citing the retirement of Coach Saban and the absence of previous recruiters from Alabama as contributing factors. He believes it’s important to give fair consideration to schools that are enthusiastic about recruiting him.
