Before Joe Burrow’s injury early in the 2017 season, which ended with him missing the entire season, the Cincinnati Bengals were a regular fixture in the top 10 in power rankings.

For the Bengals to reclaim that kind of position in the power rankings, most believe they must demonstrate their complete comeback.

However, according to Touchdown Wire’s Jarrett Bailey’s post-free agency rankings, the Bengals’ fourth-round selection is mostly due to the Joe Burrow factor:
