The Jacksonville Jaguars have secured the services of standout linebacker Foye Oluokun for the foreseeable future.
According to NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero, the Jags have inked Oluokun to a fresh four-year contract worth $45 million, with $22.5 million guaranteed at signing. This information comes from a source familiar with the agreement, and the team later confirmed the deal.
Oluokun was originally set to enter the final year of his contract with only $1 million guaranteed salary, as per Over The Cap. It is presumed that this new agreement will reduce the linebacker’s $21.75 million cap hit in 2024.
