The San Antonio Brahmas will witness several of their athletes transition to NFL opportunities. Defensive tackle Prince Emili is set to join the Atlanta Falcons, capping off a highly successful season in the UFL.

Prince Emili joined the San Antonio Brahmas this offseason, bringing with him prior NFL experience having played for the Buffalo Bills and New Orleans Saints. In 2022, he recorded three tackles during his time with the Bills.

During this UFL season, Emili played a crucial role in San Antonio’s formidable pass rush, which topped the league in sacks during the regular season. He contributed 21 tackles, two tackles for loss (TFLs), and three sacks for the Brahmas.

Emili’s standout performance extended into the playoffs, notably against the St. Louis Battlehawks, where he recorded five tackles, two sacks, and two TFLs, helping secure a postseason victory.

Prince Emili concluded the UFL season with a favorable 67.9 Defensive Grade from PFF. His strongest performance category was as a pass rusher, earning a 71.1 Grade in 2024.

Now, Emili is set to join the Atlanta Falcons, a team known for tapping into talent from spring football leagues. Last year, Atlanta signed his teammate Delontae Scott from the Brahmas. They also brought in Caeveon Patton, who played for the Brahmas this season after a stint with the XFL’s Guardians in 2023.

Emili’s opportunity with the Falcons highlights the role of the UFL as a platform for players like him to showcase their skills on a national stage. Without this exposure, such an opportunity might not have materialized. Stay updated on all UFL to NFL signings with our official tracker.
