The Georgia Bulldogs are projected to secure a commitment from four-star safety recruit Jaylan Morgan, a member of the class of 2025, according to Benjamin Wolk of 247Sports. Morgan, who plays for Rockvale High School in Rockvale, Tennessee, is also being heavily pursued by the Tennessee Volunteers, Georgia’s main competitor for this elite safety prospect.

Standing at 6-foot and weighing 180 pounds, Morgan is ranked as the sixth-best recruit in Tennessee, the No. 271 player nationally, and the No. 23 safety. He recently visited Georgia, Florida, Ole Miss, and Mississippi State, with Georgia being his final official visit in June.

Head coach Kirby Smart and the Georgia football team currently hold the No. 3 recruiting class in the country. The Bulldogs have secured 17 commitments for the class of 2025, but none are from players in the secondary. While some recruiting sites list four-star Valdosta athlete Todd Robinson as a safety, Georgia sees him more as a running back.
