Mario Goodrich will remain in the NFC East after the New York Giants claimed him following his release by the Philadelphia Eagles on Tuesday, according to Mike Garafalo.
The Giants’ 90-man roster now includes ten cornerbacks.
As a rookie in 2022, Goodrich was promoted from the practice squad for one game. He made his NFL debut in the home opener against Minnesota, where he played 39 defensive snaps. He was also active in three additional games, logging 31 defensive snaps and starting in the victory over the Los Angeles Rams.
