Here’s what we know following the arrest of Georgia football player Colbie Young on Tuesday, based on local police records.
Georgia’s football program is facing another legal matter as wide receiver Colbie Young was arrested on two misdemeanor charges, including battery and assault on an unborn child.

Upon arriving at the scene, the officer spoke with Young’s ex-girlfriend, who said she had gone to his apartment to discuss their relationship.
According to the police report, the conversation escalated when she allegedly confronted Young about suspected infidelity. She claimed Young grabbed her arm, forcibly removed her from his room, and used obscene language.
